I tried to call and make an appt based off of my PCP request and both times I spoke with someone they were EXTREMEKY RUDE AND IGNORANT. I was cut off with each question I tried to ask seeing as it's an urgent matter. Neither girl would schedule an appt because they had no clue as to what my situation was. I will NOT go there nor will I EVER refer any of my patients there. It would be in their interest to acquire professional staff.
