This company is very unethical. I ordered their service in the early part of the year mainly for the grub control treatment. I called them in mid April and explained that I needed the grub control early which they said they would get to asap. Around May 5th I told them I needed to cancel as all the neighbors allready had the treatment which needed to be put on early to be effective. Max said no problem we will refund. The price is right. I like that you can prepay and they send you an email before and after they come. last year was great. This year we have a ton of weeds even though we have the service. As friend say when they come over to go swimming "your yard looks like emery or como park". Not sure if it's because of the weather we have had but it's embarrassing
Beware, you will randomly get a bill for a service from a year ago when you didn’t hire the company to do anything!
These guys were very nice! Took them a while to get back to me for my quote but it was the beginning of nice weather so I imagine they were busy. I had just purchased a house and wanted 2 moderate sized bushes removed. They came and saw the bushes, again the man was super nice, then said he would email a quote. $345.00 was the quote!!! I thought that was ABSURD. Come to find out it took me an hour and a half to dig both bushes out with just a shovel. That would have taken 2 young guys 20 minutes each bush with more heavy dut... read more
I've been using Buffalo Lawn & Landscape for years. Without a doubt, they are true professionals and are great at what they do. Lawn care, landscapes, and had them build a beautiful stone wall and patio. My neighbors are in awe.. You can go cheap with the competition, or pay a little more and get the better results! Choose BL&L! No regrets!
If you want to overpay, have a company damage your property, and perform work that doesn't deliver on what you paid for - this is the company for you to do business with. The owner will not stand behind the work nor did he contact me after I clearly was upset with them. They didn't offer anything for the trouble they put me through. This will probably end up in court.
