Everyone was really helpful and pleasant.
Both of my children have attended this office since they were 2 years old and it has always been an excellent experience. Neither has had an issue with the cleaning or the filling that each has experienced. The staff helps to explain and calm the kids during all procedures which I think helps greatly.
My children have been patients of Dr. Beinlich since we moved to Minnesota eight years ago and we are always so happy with the choice we made to have him as our dentist. Two of my children are now adults and have moved on to adult dentists, but we all have a special place in our hearts for Dr. Beinlich and the amazing staff at the Inver Grove Heights location!
I started bringing my kids to see Dr Rick when they were each three years old. That wa 17 years ago and I have never had a bad experience. It will be a little sad when my daughter turns 18 and we move on from the world of pediatric dentistry. I would recommend Dr Rick and his practice to anyone with children.
Our family has been going to Baylon & Beinlich for almost 8 years now. My kids enjoy going to the dentist! The staff is great, they are friendly and inviting and make dentist visits a breeze!

What a wonderful experience. The facility itself was warm and welcoming, as was the staff. I felt the services performed could not have been improved upon. The hygienist and dentist both spent as much time as I needed/wanted answering all my questions without making me feel at all rushed, I was made to feel like family!

The hygienist asked me right away if I had any tooth problems. I had experienced extreme sensitivity a couple times since my last appointment in one area of my mouth. A tooth is cracked; I need a crown. The next two appointments fit into my schedule. A very pleasant atmosphere for a dentist office.
