Tina and Kelly are two of the most ugly people I have ever met. I'm not talking about looks. They will screw you over at the first opportunity. They will change your move in location and date for their benefit only. I was switching apartments. The unit was avail Jan 1st 2024. I was scheduled to move in on January 22nd 2024. Buffalo Highlands should be ashamed of theirselves for putting people in this type of situation. There’s a chemical smell coming out of the vents , we can’t even turn on the AC without us smelling it. I am 12 weeks pregnant and this is highly dangerous for me and my child. The office specifically Gina is very rude, I am a witness to hearing her being very rude to my grandmother. They won’t do anything about the smell, they claim they don’t smell anything but I have very good sense of smell and I can smell very well. Shame on... read more
This is the worst place I have stayed at in my life. The office staff is rude. I have been having a strong odor coming out of my vents that's making me sick when I go in my apartment. But they keep saying that they don't smell anything. Everyone that had been here can smell it but they can't. I wish I hadn't moved here. If you are thinking about moving here don't. Lurline Hardin
