I cannot attest to their quality of work because they did not bother to show to an appointment twice in the same day. After the contractor failed to show to an appointment at 9 am by 10 am, I called and spoke to Troy. He said the contractor must have been double booked accidentally and would show around 2 to 4 pm. Not a big deal. 4 pm comes with with no calls or show from the contractor. I called and spoke to Troy again, who seemed not very concerned. Called and scheduled to get a quote and had a time between 9-10am contractor never showed. Called and he said he would be at my home between 2-3pm again a no show, called at 3:10 and they said they would call me Back and never did. VERY unprofessional and inconsiderate of a potential customers time.
