Absolutely loved working with Patti and her staff at Buffalo Floral for flowers AND tuxes! The customer service was outstanding and her energy and love for flowers was contagious! Would recommend! �
This past weekend we requested flowers to be delivered to two separate locations, one on Saturday and one that needed a Sunday delivery. Patti & her team went above and beyond expectations. I really appreciate the care, thoughtfulness and special touches that were added. When we saw the unique and special compassion added, we were in awe! I would highly recommend any and all my friends to Buffalo Floral!!

Customer service is excellent ! Always open with communication. I am a dance studio owner and I ordered several single stems and bouquets for 2 separate recital weekends. Everything was ready when promised and beautifully done.
I ordered the deluxe version of "pleased as punch"... and yet the actual flowers that arrived looked like the thinned out version that I didn't want. Not to mention not all of the flowers pictured on the stores website "deluxe" photo are included in the actual bouquet delivered. While I admit that the flowers that did arrive are nice, it is hard to not be disappointed as I truly wanted to give a special Mother's day gift.

We also do want to note that Teleflora website photos can be deceiving. The amount of flowers shown in the photo is the amount of flowers we use. We recommend our customers call directly to the shop to order!!
