I really don’t understand what the protocol is for buying clothes. I’ve shopped there multiple times and I’ve seen some hideous stuff. So i really didn’t understand why when i brought 10 pieces in they didn’t want a single item?? What a waste of time. Will not be returning, even as a customer.
You've seen the scene in Broad City where Abbi and Ilana go the the consignment store, right? Yeah, that pretty much sums up Buffalo Exchange. Watching the buyers impassively look at your clothes with a slight sneer before rejecting them is not worth your time. Trust me.

The shit they sell in here is super overpriced. Everytime I've tried to sell them my old clothes, they've acted super snotty and shitty and condescending...then wouldn't purchase anything. Even though it was perfectly acceptable. Whatever.
Loved this shop! Very well organized by type of clothing and size. Very great prices too! Will visit again next time I'm in Portland!
