PEST PROBLEM! Stay clear of this place! I thought not answering the phone, not salting the lot, allowing trash to build up by the mail boxes, and pipes bursting was bad. They have have SERIOUS PEST PROBLEM. I HAVE FOUND DEAD BED BUGS IN THE SECOND FLOOR LAUNDRY ROOM. I have seem numerous ROACHES as well on the first floor going into other units! They DO NOT provide adequate pest control. They STILL don't have adequate pest control as of December of 2024. It's gotten so bad I've seen roaches crawling on the walls in the hallw... read more
I don't know where to start! It's been about 4 weeks since I filled out the application, included my wife, included a guarantor! I paid all the fees and payments! But there are no updates from them! Don't deal with them!
I see why the frustrated reviews, the people they have answering the phones rather private rental or not are very rude! 😕 I was interested but not anymore! Moving on... The reviews speak for themselves, be careful future tenant(s). I made this mistake before NOT AGAIN!
DONT RENT HERE at this point I don't care anymore. They never answer unless it's convenient for them. ROACHES EVERYWHERE they sent someone once and the pest control guy said he needed to come back to treat lol never came back wonder why. I had a roach crawl on me in my slleep because of how bad they got. So if that's something you want sure. Our building smells like a zoo it's so gross. I honestly feel like this is a health violation.
