The tasters had high hopes for the Buffalo Company, another last-day stop. The original owners of the restaurant were from Buffalo and retired earlier this year. The new owners, Omahans, held onto their secret sauce recipe. We ordered a basket of the classic wings at the waitress-recommended medium heat and an order of suicide spicy wings for Wayne. Garlic parmesan wings are the best. We usually have a reasonable wait when we eat there, but I am glad they take their time to make sure the food is cooked through and it always comes out hot!
This used to be my favorite place to go for wings and sandwiches. My boyfriend and I love the food so much that we ignored some of the issues that we encountered like wrong order, burnt wings and the ultimate fav of the food being so hot it fries through the styrofoam container... Service was horrible and our order sat in the window for a good 12 minutes with only one other four top in the place. Suspect there is a TV in the kitchen due to audio projection that matches no tvs in the lobby. Or serious communication issues. There is a reason the last time they were voted "best wings in Omaha" was three years ago. Bleck.
