The tasters had high hopes for the Buffalo Company, another last-day stop. The original owners of the restaurant were from Buffalo and retired earlier this year. The new owners, Omahans, held onto their secret sauce recipe. We ordered a basket of the classic wings at the waitress-recommended medium heat and an order of suicide spicy wings for Wayne. Wings are awesome! Will be back often. Had the cheeseburger too. The buffalo chips are seasoned to perfection. AWESOME SERVICE TOO!
This use to be my favorite place to eat, and we would call ourselves regulars. The food has gone down hill fast! It is a simple order naked fried hard chicken wings (easy right?) Not for them. A steak sandwich according to the board, missing ingredients.. smh!! If James the manager is there my husband can walk in and get it right without even saying an order. I highly recommend this friendly little place where they sell pizzas, subways, and sandwiches. My husband and I went for the 1st time to the buffalo Company. and I asked the mild buffalo chicken subway, crispy lettuces, fresh tomatoes, etc. It was really good

Boneless wings were over cooked. Found a french fry in them that had been in fryer for what looked like days. Sauce drizzled over them and left mostly unsauced. Tater tots were over cooked in what tasted like very old oil. Ask for bone in wings charred. Typically charred means sauced then placed on the grill. No signs of grilling and wings not even completely covered with sauce. Had heard of new owners, new managers, etc. Regardless, we will not be back.
