I have been dealing with severe lower back pain and muscle spasms for over a year due to a degenerative disc and other problems. I was regularly getting adjustments however I needed a second opinion which led me to Dr. Kristin. Between the adjustments and the rehabilitation exercises I feel like a new person in just a month!
