Buffalo Bills food truck absolutely crushed it catering both our wedding reception and farewell breakfast! The burgers, tacos, and burritos were so good that people were still talking about the food long after the wedding was over. The food was so good that it left me craving more for days. Service was excellent and the food came out super fast. There’s a nice place to sit outside with views of the river. I saw 2 bald eagles while eating my meal! I also love that they have plenty of vegetarian options. Can’t wait to eat there again.

So awesome. They catered our wedding and it was simply amazing. Elk tacos are out of this world. Michael also cooked a filipino dish called chicken adobo for his first time at my request, and he hit it out of the park. Thank y’all so much!

*Update* after the snarky reply from the business to my original post. We were indeed there on Friday afternoon during the “open business hours” and the truck was closed. Traveling thru the area with a trailer in tow, me calling places with not so good cell reception or going to a catering website to check and see if the info on the Google listing is accurate isn’t an added step I’m looking to take. This is literally the best food truck I have ever been to. The folks who run it are always dialed with service and speed. They do not skimp on ingredients and greet you with a genuine smile. I highly recommend them for catering a wedding or an event where the people appreciate GREAT FOOD! The Philly tacos should win a Michelin Star. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.
