Been trying since February to make an appt. First time.e the told me what the needed before setting up appt. I confirmed the received by fax. They said someone would call me to schedule. After I didn't hear anything called to set up the appt the said after 30 days if no appt is made the discarded all my paperwork. It wasn't my fault I was waiting. I've called a couple times in the last week to see about making an appointment and I just get a recording saying they'll call back but they havent.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS! I had an appointment for my daughter’s neuropsych screening, I did everything they asked on time, and weeks after submitting the paperwork I got a letter in the mail (postmarked 3 weeks after the letter was dated) saying they were canceling her appointment because they didn’t receive her paperwork and needed it by the end of the previous month (2 full weeks before the postmark). This is really a zero star review, but obviously Google requires 1 as a minimum. Donna could not be bothered to return an email response or a phone call in months, randomly contacts me back months later after my initial email, asking if I could confirm the appointment. What appointment? I got no email confirmation, no confirmation by mail... What business operates like this in 2023/2024 where you can't have a confirmation by email at a minimum, or call back and confirm? Have someone answer the phone or responding to emails r... read more
