Both of my experiences have been absolutely terrible. Both times I've been I've had terrible service. The food is great just hope that you don't need a refill on a drink or anything of that sort because you'll never receive it. I will never return here.
I've been here on more than one occasion where I get either bad service, food, or both. This time, the fries were not cooked all the way through and you can tell the fryer hasn't been cleaned in awhile because there are crumbs fried on to my food. My waitress never brought me more napkins after I asked for them. She saw me get some from the hostess and didn't even apologize for it. Great to see this place come to Jackson! Service was a little slow but that's to be expected at dinner time only a few short weeks after opening. Great food and great staff!
Horrible service! Took us over an hour to get wings and then part of the meal never came! Bill was all messed up with extra as added on so make sure you check your bill!
