For starters, couldn’t order online. The tenders we got had no flavor, the burger was very dry and tasted like it was a soy burger, and the buffalo chips were so soft with no crunch, and the sauce I ordered was missing. I was so excited to have this in Jackson but I’m VERY disappointed. I may try it one more time in restaurant to see. Not a good first impression!
Service for a Friday was pretty good, burger was very dry though. Reminded me of a frozen formed patty, microwaved, that's the flavor I got. Even the cheese was like wax on top. I guess just stick to wings??
This was our first visit. Loved the food and great service.
Terrible service. I like Buffalo Wild Wings but the service at this one sucks. Had to walk out because we were seated and not even asked our drink order after 40 mins. After some time I decided to give them another chance, got my wings after 30 mins when the place was almost empty, the server informed my and my girlfriend she did not know what happened to the other half of our food and the manager was putting it in now, after another 30 mins we finally got the rest of the wings
Only giving two stars because our server was great and kind even though they were very busy The food on the other hand is absolutely below par corporate should step in here as we have eaten at many bdubs all over and the food is great this store is newer and the food is rushed und undercooked very poorly prepared
The service was very poor. We waited at least 20 minutes before a waitress made eye contact with me so I could get someone's....anyone's attention so we could place our order. Food was pricey- definitely not worth the money. When we were done with our meals, we waited about another 15-20 minutes before I had to go and get our waitress so we could pay our bill. We will not be returning!
It's really sad when pizza hut has better wings then buffalo wild wings does
