Dr.'s and staff were pleasant to deal with. Office moves quickly, although busy, appointments were always on time. Dr's explained everything and took time to answer all of our questions. We had insurance coverage which removed the financial pressure, I think that helped greatly. Dr's did not promise anything. Called office at 1am due to bleeding, Dr returned phone call within minutes. Took notes on all instructions esp med changes, so we wouldn't mess up.
The surgeon I went to here was terrible! He claimed he was an expert, but when I woke up from surgery I found out that he was a quack. His recommendation after this surgery was more surgery... He actually told me that I should have surgery every 2 years... with him, of course... He couldn't even successfully do ONE surgery, and he expects me to back every 2 years for more terrible surgery? This doctor is a money-grubbing idiot who cares nothing about your health. Watch out for this practice. I don't know how bad the other tw... read more
He didn't take a pathology during my surgery, even though he told me he would, and that was one of the main reasons I was having surgery. He was also difficult to talk to after the surgery. I regret going to him, but I learned a valuable lesson about researching your surgeon better before you go to him.

It took me a long time and alot of money waisted to find out they did nothing to help me. I found out later on that I had a condition they didn't even tell me about that would have made it impossible to get pregnant if not treated. They kept taking my money until Crickard told us I don't recommend you doing it again because they drained us of all our money.
I write this review to increase the awareness of general people for the poor and expensive services provided by this clinic for childless couples like me and my wife. We did not have any insurance to cover for infertility and went to this place with great expectations, but they cheated us and billed us for services we did not take. On the top of that they arranged for some tests to be done at the Sister's hospital, took their own fees and did not inform us that the hospital is also going to charge us. We had an awful time with this group. Rushed, unpleasant, and most important -- they did nothing to help us.
Staff was very helpful. Dr. Crickard & Dr. Sullivan are the best.
We had a really bad experience. Physicians had zero bedside manner.
