Got down to the root cause, gave me multiple options to solve my problem rather than only throwing the most expensive option at me. Will be back! Oh and they saw me on a Saturday!
I'd stay away. Had some pain in the upper right quadrant and searched for clinics near-by. Went in thinking "5.0 review?! They must be great!", but got checked in (mind you, they changed my appt time the day of the appt and I still had to wait in the lobby) and went into the X-ray room and there was a sign bribing people for good reviews for a whitening kit/tray. Buffalo 215 Dental had cured me of my fear of dentists! The Dr. Adams has amazing bedside manner. He also has a gentle touch and is very good about making sure that you are not in pain. The front office staff and the medical staff and all kind and professional. The office is bright and clean. I definitely recommend them, especially if you had bad experiences in the past.
This was my first visit with Buffalo 215 Dental & Orthodontics. I came in feeling very unhappy due to a perceived issue and I left feeling much happier. They gave me an honest diagnosis and didn't try to upsell me on high ticket items or rack up charges on unnecessary procedures. I haven't returned to a specific dentist for a second visit in some time which says a lot about how I've felt about those visits. I will be returning to this one and that says it all.
