I bought my used Saturn back in 2011 and while I've had my fair share of repairs on it, the experiences I've had at Buff Whelan have been excellent. Everyone is super friendly and I really do think their prices for services are reasonable when you compare them. The extra perks they offer such as the key punches with oil changes and shuttle rides available make it hard for me to go anywhere else. Your dealership is awful. We have two cars up for our renewal leases with you. Not only did my wife and I have to wait an hour past our scheduled appointment but you had no interest on making a deal. We had no problem the first time. My family and I will no longer deal with your disgraceful dealership. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere. Big waste of time.
Top notch. My salesman was very patient with me and determined to get me in my new lease.
