We called Buff after seeing them recommended on our neighborhood site by 2 individuals. After 2 appointments they were a no show... We let our neighborhood of over 400 homes know not to use Buff. When we called they were more interested in where we heard about them, questioning over and over where our neighborhood was because they never heard of it (but had worked here).
