We had hosted an event with them to make Bath Bombs and the staff was super informative, friendly and helped us choose a lot of fragrances! The experience was very thoughtfully curated and they also had little gift bags for us at the end!

The employees here are always so friendly and helpful. Always let you know what deals they have going on and tell you about any new products. I love their laundry soaps and scent boosters so much, they make my laundry smell so nice for days even after being in the dresser. The soaps are wonderful, smell great, good ingredients and are really moisturizing and don’t break my super sensitive skin out. All they want to do is up sell you. I went in to buy a Christmas gift. When I didn't want to just keep adding items to my purchase the associate just walked away. I stood at the register for over 5 minutes. Three associates working 2-3 shoppers. It wasn't busy. They refused to make eye contact or acknowledge I was waiting to check out. I finally asked isn't this where I pay? Oh we didn't see you waiting. I would never go back! I'd go to another location! Glad I shop elsewhere for my soaps etc.
