Still disappointed in Buff City! Minimum stock of soap, scent is still decreased, no longer have natural bath sponges. Don't know how they stay in business with the downgrades. I've voiced my concerns before, but apparently, they don't care. Will not b frequently this store.

I really like this store but there is one employee that acts like she’s doing you a favor. I bought quite a few things & one item didn’t have much scent. I took it back & she took it & said, I can smell it? That’s nice but I can’t! She finally took it & added a little more. I would have just fixed it for a customer. No questions. She needs etiquette school in good manners.. She’s been rude before. Soap factory in Paris is great. Those women are kind & helpful. Go visit!!

Love the location and the products at Buff City Soap — everything smells amazing and I always find great items. However, there’s one staff member who is consistently rude and unhelpful, especially when I ask for assistance or a scent to be added. It really takes away from an otherwise great store experience.

Have been in this store on several occasions and products have always been great. However one staff member in particular has always been rude and unfriendly. She never asked me if i needed help and sighed when I needed to purchase something. Unsure of her name she has red hair and a nose piercing. (I will not be back any time soon and will be ordering online)
