I like going here but sometimes they kind of rush me out the door even when there not busy I love the products just staff can be a bit rude
Bartlett Buff City Soap is no longer a place i shop No samples, although I could see them at the checkout counter. No customer service, just "we can't give any samples". Asked for help with fragrance choices and received no help. Spoke to manager, no help. I went to the store in Arlington and they still offer great customer service and samples. If I knew who owned the Bartlett franchise, I would be writing to him.
