Over this past weekend I came in for some laundry detergent, and I needed help finding a certain scent and did not receive good customer service. There were two girls, one of the name tags said Raven and I could not see the other one.I heard gossiping about another employee and it was very unprofessional. I ended up leaving with nothing, very disappointed. Will not be returning and will be going to a different location.
We had the absolute best experience at Buff City Soap in Alexandria, LA! The store manager, Maggye, was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter’s birthday party—even on one of their busiest days. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time and are still talking about it! You can tell Maggye genuinely cares about her customers and making special moments unforgettable. Thank you, Maggye, for helping make my daughter’s special day so perfect. We can’t recommend this location enough!
Soap smells good.
Drove all the way over and this place opens at 11am...seriously? Who runs a business and opens at 11? Obviously someone that didn't take Business 101.....stupid. I'll never go back.
