Love Buff City but had an unexpected experience today and thought others might want a heads-up. I stocked up on liquid laundry detergent and some other items since they were having a BOGO 50% off sale. After spending $140 and with several heavy products on the counter, the cashier advises that they've gone bagless and 'hopefully' I have a way to get the items to my vehicle. I asked if there were any canvas totes available for purchase and she said no. She did offer for me to take one of their shopping baskets out to the car ... read more
Just had my daughter's 11th birthday party here! Omg so much fun! We had plenty of room to all spread out, they kept the girls busy and engaged the whole time. The employees were awesome, knowledgeable and super patient with all the girls. The party was an hour and a half, which was the perfect amount of time to make the bath bombs and do gifts and cake. Each girl got to make 5 bath bombs and pick out their own scents, colors, etc. I bought a mystery box for each girl and got a discount on those, so it was a lot of fun. Perf... read more
1st timer. Immediately received a friendly greeting and info on buff city products. Associate was very helpful and great example of front of store hospitality.
Pricey, but decent soap. This location had super friendly staff. Not that our normal location isn’t friendly, but I noticed how nice this staff was.
