Went in yesterday for the first time. Wish I got the girls name but she gave me the run down on products, as well as answered all the questions I had. And gave me recommendations. She was such a delight! I’m only in the area on a business trip, but definitely see myself coming back as this is still the closest location to me. Love the Fruits With Benefits laundry soap and booster already!! Can’t wait to try the bars I got too 🫶🏼🥰
Clean and smelled great! The worker was kind and took the extra time to add more tissue paper to my purchase (it was a gift). She even threw in a bonus gift/sample!
I'll tell you what... as a previously frequent patron of the Nashville Green Hills location before relocating back to my family homestead last year, the experience I had yesterday (4/25/26) with Ashley was absolutely stellar and, honestly, on par for BCS: above and beyond. Fabulous, top tier customer service--and because of this, I know I'll be back!!
