We love this apartment complex, our village and our managers Jonathan and Algae. Jonathan is always an email away from answering any questions, and Algae sends out awesome email blasts keeping us updated on events and occurrences in our complex. We renewed our lease and will renew again depending on how much our rent increases. We know the rates are based on the market and come down from corporate so nothing our managers can manipulate for us no matter how much the increase. I have lived here at Buena Vista for just a few days and I already can’t wait for my lease to be up. When we moved in the place was very poorly cleaned, I’m talking about dirty floors, stains and patch jobs visible on the walls. Numerous dead bugs, dirty bathroom tiles. Apartments are old and it shows just about everywhere. When moving into a new apartment you want your experience to be an exciting one, you won’t get that here.
