Ordered enchilada dinner received 1 enchilada, ordered extra rice, didn’t get. Guy that answered phone was rude as can be and hung up on me when I asked his name! Paid $30 for 2 corns, am beans, 1 taco, 1 enchilada, 2 drinks! Rip off!

If you like your order being taken wrong and you call the restaurant to let them know and the young girl on the phone says to one of her coworkers "God I hate stupid people" then this is the place for you! If this is the level of acceptable customer service that is truly a shame. This place was a local favorite of mine and my husband has been coming here for years but we do not wish to patronize a location that feels it is appropriate to treat their customers in this manner

Amazing food. Very authentic, and well prized. Definitely should try the “buenas nachos” definitely worth every penny!

Well this is the first time I have been disappointed my chicken fajita meat was over cooked very crunchy! No tortillas were in the bag. I ordered my husband a steak burrito but it wasn’t in the bag looked at the receipt was never charged for it. The young man behind the counter read back my order to me including the burrito but never put the order thru! I guess 1 time in 20 years isn’t bad I just hope it was a fluke and not going to be the norm.
UPDATE: If it's busy when you call, be patient. The staff is handling the changing times with big smiles and determination. It is definitely worth the wait to get your order in. Pick up was fast and easy as well. Not to mention, turn around time is super quick, 15-20 minutes from the time you call. Buenas Nachos is the three Fs: fresh, fast, and freakin' fantastic! The staff is very knowledgeable as well. If you haven't been here before you should definitely go, you won't regret it and you'll be coming back for more.
