horrible experience! The optical refused to refund my fathers money for the lenses he ordered even though he went back just an hour later to cancel (no work had been started as they advised him he could pick up the lenses within 3 days) . After speaking to the manager she agreed to refund the money but they would charge him 25%. Not happy with the service at all. They rather keep his $30 than have a satisfied customer.
