This place is one of the best I had visited, employees were all professional and friendly. All my patients I had with them were all happy and comfortable on the care they get from this place.
As a Professional fiduciary I've placed clients with Buena Vista for over 25 years. They strive to meet the care needs of their residents honoring and respecting where they're currently at in their life journey.
I am a social worker at another SNF and work with David when my Residents are ready to discharge to lower level of care. I would like to say working with David has been the best and making the transition form skilled nursing to ALF has been very good for when my Resident no longer need skilled care…. So happy to work with David and making my Residents happy and no stress with the move from skilled care to lower level of care and still have the best quality of life
