I did have to call this facility to look into information for my mother. Spoke with David Wall, the ED, and was he was very rude to say the least. I will be considering elsewhere for my mother.
Phoned David Wall executive director to coordinate a placement for my client who I sent there this morning for a tour. David was hostile, rude and hung up on me after stating, “I’m not paying you a penny for placement!” Wouldn’t leave my loved ones in his facility..won’t recommend this place ever under his watch.
This place is one of the best I had visited, employees were all professional and friendly. All my patients I had with them were all happy and comfortable on the care they get from this place.
