The inspector and the process for inspecting the home was perfectly fine. I’m sure they do as good a job as any other pest inspector. It was not my choice to use them, it was my agent’s choice. Mike, the owner of Buena Vista, is amazing! He came all the way out to Mendocino County to inspect our house. He was so knowledgeable and kind and super helpful. You can tell he has built his business on honesty, integrity and professionalism. We are so glad we called a expert out, and grateful for his travel time-- we now have the peace of mind that our home is in good shape and we have a great company to call for help next time!
Helio Costa, was the gentleman who responded to my dire rat situation at my home. I have worked with many pest control companies over the years and no one compares to the service quality, responsiveness, caring and professionalism Helio and the team at Buena Vista provided me with. If you are shopping for pest control service, do yourself a favor and avoid the corporate giants and go with a small company, you won't regret it!.
i'm not impressed with their office organization. i had to call or email them a few times to find out what was going on and if there was an invoice to pay and there was no verification of their correction work. I wasn't close enough to go out and inspect.
While riding my bike to work i noticed my wallet fell out of my pocket. I was 3 miles away from home and turned around to see if I could find it. When I got to my house Jason who works here found my wallet and returned it to me. What an honest a good person. Thank You
