Unethical and incompetent. I purchased a home in early 2025, and the inspection report provided in the seller disclosures was prepared by Buena Vista. I relied heavily on this report when deciding to move forward with an extremely expensive purchase. The most serious omission was a significant foundation issue. They walked us through everything took the time to answer questions, and delivered a clear, detailed report that actually helps you make smart decisions not just a pile of scary photos. The inspector and the process for inspecting the home was perfectly fine. I’m sure they do as good a job as any other pest inspector. It was not my choice to use them, it was my agent’s choice. Mike, the owner of Buena Vista, is amazing! He came all the way out to Mendocino County to inspect our house. He was so knowledgeable and kind and super helpful. You can tell he has built his business on honesty, integrity and professionalism. We are so glad we called a expert out, and grateful for his travel time-- we now have the peace of mind that our home is in good shape and we have a great company to call for help next time!
While riding my bike to work i noticed my wallet fell out of my pocket. I was 3 miles away from home and turned around to see if I could find it. When I got to my house Jason who works here found my wallet and returned it to me. What an honest a good person. Thank You
