I stayed in apartment A2 for a short term lease of two months. Apartment is well furnished and well equipped but the building is very old and hence the drainage system. Water gets clogged up in the bathroom sink and the bath tub which give unpleasant feeling while you are brushing or taking a shower. Heating system is very old and inefficient too as my heat and electricity bill for one moth was about 200 USD. Although i stayed out most of the time.
