Good apartment near SBCC i've never lived here personally, but i've visited my friends who has lived here. The apartments are very nice and not noisy. the manager is very responsible too
Great Place I have lived here for 4 months and love it! The location, quiet atmosphere, no loud parties, neighbors are all great. My maintenance requests have been handled professionally and promptly.
Avoid it Not sure what happened but now the place sucks! The mgt hates loudness but rents to 18 yr olds that party til 2 am! So if you want peace - NOT HERE. if you want to party - not here either cause they will call your parents and narc you out! I saw it! And what's with insiderpages! It only allows you to choose 4 or 5 stars!
Huge apartement clean and new Like in heaven when i first come to my friend's apartement in Buena Vista. Maybe the apartement is not big but it feels like i am home although it is not my apartement tough. All the rooms Buena Vista has is new. I know the apartement manager, Bill Steven, he is so kind and really good landlord. It is also not noisy ...good environment for study. It is very close by Santa Barbara City College. Expensive and Out-dated for the price The apartment is large but very expensive and I think for the money my son could have gotten something better. The appliances are old and the cabinets, counters, plumbing etc could use an update. There was a strange smell coming from the vents but the landlord fixed it. They have also had rodent issues due to the hills being so close. Chewed through the screen. The landlord / manager does seem to get very involved in the tennants business and has made some harsh accusations and threats t... read more
Loud; 2 stars; can't edit I have lived here almost two years and although I love the location, the layout (lots of storage) and the handling of repairs, there are alot of SBCC students so expect LOUDNESS and SLAMMING of doors that will shake you awake.
