Extortionist management willing to evict people over rent being 20 minutes late in the drop box (I am a tenant who has paid on time every month for over two years). They switched management from Adara a couple months ago. Not to mention this place is in the middle of the ghetto, very poor area, high car insurance etc. Could not be more disappointed with the way they handled my rent.
