I’ve been working with Denisse for several years now and even though I’ve gotten really busy I still book my distance reiki sessions when I feel like I just need a reset. Last month my poor Sebastian (11 month old) got really really sick, he had a cold, fever and cough. Finally had my first Reiki session. This is something that I had in mind for a while as I am working on healing childhood trauma that has affected me throughout my life. I'm so happy that I went to Denisse! I went feeling a little overwhelmed and stressed due to work but I was excited to have her work on me and help me balance myself. This was my very first Reiki session so I was a bit nervous coming in. I did a bit of research before my session on how Reiki works, however I do feel like this is an in person experience one must try for themselves to fully understand it. I had my first Reiki session done recently with Denisse and it was the best experience!I went in with and open mind and to kinda get a feel of it, I didn't really know the process of how it worked and I was intrigued!
