Kristy and Jean were amazingness. They were not pushy and did not flood me with calls and texts. Both were very knowledgeable about the car I chose and their whole team was on point.
From the initial response to my inquiry by the manager, Lisa. She was very professional and friendly , and attentive. My concierge, Melissa Johnson is very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. It two days to replace the battery, I had my truck towed there around 11:00am and didn’t fear back until the following evening, in the past there were constant text messages to inform you of the status of your vehicle 😱😱 what happened 🤔🤔
Dropped my truck off at 730am to get two new tires. No update all day. Called at 4pm before I got off work for them to tell me that they couldn’t do my tires due to a malfunction of their equipment and will be ready the next day in the morning. Inconvenienced of course. Then the next day still no communication and truck wasn’t ready till 4pm the next day. Every time I try to use this Nissan in my neighborhood I’ve been unsatisfied. I will drive to Mandeville or New Orleans East next time. No matter how small the job is .
Khristy was awesome!!! She was very bubbly, nice, & informative. She was able to answer every question I had without hesitation. She was also understanding when it came to my son making noises & running around. Arthur was very nice, polite, & patient with me looking over every document I had to sign. Thanks you guys!!!
Excellent and friendly customer service as always! What I like about these guys, is they don’t pressure you, while being attentive.
Vernon was great! He took care of things my husband forgot to mention. The professionalism was unmatched. Happy they're only 5 min away from my house.
