I was surprisingly very pleased with my new car purchase at the Buena Park Nissan car dealership! I had the best sales man ever, Mario Solis. I also received excellent customer service from both the sales and financial team, so I was very pleased. The process took a bit long but there was a full house and the sales team did there best to ease the time and tried to do everything possible to speed the process.
Pancho Marana was one of the best salesman I have ever had! He really listened to what I wanted and liked. Everything was no preassure. Pancho showed me the new Nissan Rogue and that is the vehicle I ended up buying. I am loving my brand new vehicle so I am very glad Pancho listened to what I needed and found the right car for me.
I was glad we got a bilingual sales rep. since the truck was mostly going to be driven by my mother who doesnt speak english, the sales rep. really help when it came to explaining things to her.
Robert was great! he knew what was best for us. We came in just because we had a relative live close by and ended up leaving in a brand new Sentra.

When I dropped-off my car for service. I need to go somewhere instead of staying there to wait for my car. They provided a ride to take me where i need to go and a ride to be pick up again.
