Buena Park Honda is trying to get away with stealing your money bought my used car here. got a card for oil change and filter change for 24.88 so i get my oil changed here. i just got it changed for the 2nd time 2 days ago and showed them the card for 24.88. after about an hour they finish and walk me over to the counter to pay. the cashier rings me up for 37$ and i show her my paper showing 24.88. she says hold on 1 second, picks up the phone talks for 2 seconds with out dialing and says okay let me fixed that. basically th... read more
Horrible customer service This place is absolutely horrible! I was greeted and worked with this little hobbit named Marcus Castro. This dude looked like an emo kid on crack! He came over to me with his cocky douche-bag attitude and basically wanted to tell me what was good for me instead of listening to me and finding what I told him I wanted. I left their disgusted by that little troll! They should definitely fire that dude on the accounts that he has Napoleon complex! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

The forengn looking salesman did not want to get me a brochere or explain anything about the cars. He thought that I was very inexperienced. My dad owned packer packer pontiac from 46 to 73. Your salesmen watcfhed on fire towers. I got fed up and went over to %Renick subaru. The best in orange county. I bought a subaru forester and paid by personal, check. Exciting about my Honda I have my 2009 Accord purchase at Buena Park Honda. Everyone are very nice, their price are the best in town. Before I went to Buena Park Honda, I shopped over five dealership for comparing price. Only at Buena Park Honda, I can save more than three thousand dollars. There are no accersories pre-installed in the car which like most other dealship force you to get them with the car.
