Horribly disappointing I have been going to get my oil change done at your dealership. However, today, I was denied of that service, while i had a 4:40pm oil change appointment way head of time, simply because they have sent everyone home and no one will do the service. Do not trust this dealer I found this dealer through an internet quote service. George Roman called me and asked what other quotes I had received for the car I wanted. I told him the best quote I'd received and he said he would match it. I asked whether he had the particular color I wanted and he said he did. I verified that he would give me that price for that car and that he had the car on the lot. I then drove an HOUR to his location. Upon arrival he showed me the car, it was indeed the color & trimline I wanted.
Bad Business Practice! This dealership originally was located in Fullerton, CA. I took my car there for service at one time and was never satisfied. When they moved to Buena Park, I gave it another try, and service was still very poor. I usually take my Honda cars to Honda World in Westminster for service where I bought all my five Honda cars from them, even though it's a 10-mile drive. Buena Park Honda is just one mile from my residence.
very good they have good used cars. Besides good new cars they sales people want to help. They enjoyed helping alot. They know what they are talking about too when it comes to cars.
Service Center Goes Above & Beyond I took my Honda Civic (1999) for a service check. For the cost of my oil change, they also steam cleaned my engine because I had mentioned a musty odor that i couldn't get rid of. No more odor! I never would have known! They also tightened my front bumper that jiggled loose over time. It runs like new...almost too good to be true!
Service Advisors and Dept. Sucks Honda owners don't even think about bringing your car for service at this facility, almost all the service advisors are jerks and the cauasian advisors are prejudice to almost everybody not white. they will give you the run arounds, suggest repairs that are'nt neccesary that will make you bring your car back numerous times and never get the problem of your car solve til your 6th attempt and spending a lot of money for unnecessary repairs, I'm beginning to wonder if they hire ASE certified mec... read more
Rip-off Artists I would never buy a car from Buena Park Honda again. I bought my 2002 Honda Accord from them and when I did, they promised to mail me a booklet with 6 free car details and free oil changes. What I got was a cheap booklet with 6 free CAR WASHES (which are free with any service anyways) and the only way to get every other oil change for free was to pay for an expensive service beforehand. They are a bunch of unscrupulous sharks. Plus, they take forever to get anything done on your car in the service department.
Honda UNHELPFUL I purchased a 06 civic dx from this dealership early this month only to discover that the bank would not "work" with me on this particular vehicle because its value was less than the 05 civic ex they were placing me into, and the bank was merely "looking out for my best interest." After consulting with my banker I made the final decision on the switch to the 05 civic EX that had over 50k miles on it and a body style I disliked with a warranty that'set to expire at 60k (wow!). Best Service! Best Staff! Best Price! I just bought a Honda from Buena Park Honda and I couldn't be any happier with my experience! The sales staff was not forcing anything, but that worked out to their advantage beause I knew that I wanted to buy a car from this dealership!
