their doctors can't prescribe normal medications, i was told I have to come back to see the ONE person in the office who can give me the medication I need and have been on for years. by then I will be out of medication, and I wouldn't have to pay ANOTHER copay. useless visit, waste of time and money. go anywhere else.
Lazy, inefficient staff. The wait, even if you have an appt and the waiting room is empty, is terrible. Good luck getting the staff to follow through with simple tasks.

The receptionist was a real B_ _ ch. She had no people skills and very arrogant & rude. The Doctors were awesome and the nurses were great.
I really enjoyed going to BMC, The staff were helpful 98.9% of the time, the owner, never beats around the bush, her direct and NO BS attitude was always refreshing. I wish we had this kind of service in Portland OR, all we have here is treehugger's and liberal's.
