Any successful business starts at the top. They create the atmosphere they envision by their leadership and by the people they employ. This was my first year working with them and I was highly impressed. They allow you to be creative and fun just as long as it doesn't hinder customer service. Creating a fun atmosphere, great customer service and cleanliness is what they do best. I'm proud to have been a part of the family in 2015.
I was amazed to observe the workers not having a recycle bin to toss empty Budweiser aluminum bottles in to. Garbage and recycle all got tossed in the same garbage bags. APPALLING, to say the least.

Tracy Ryba, thank you for your comments. We do have several recycling bins outside the Pavilion which our outdoor workers use regularly to separate garbage from recyclables. We will look at getting more of those recycle bins inside the Pavilion for next season!
