I received a broken Christmas decoration and without hesitation, they are replacing it. They responded to my email right away and already shipped another one to me. They have the best customer service. I can’t believe how wonderful they were about everything. 10/10 I will definitely be a returning customer.

I worked with Buds ‘n Bloom for my wedding and it was the perfect experience. The team is amazing, responsive and so helpful. The flowers blew my mind at how gorgeous and perfect every single arrangement was once I saw them on the big day. When I saw our dinner room I could have cried when I walked in and saw the huge arrangements and all the lit candles, truly magical! I can’t thank them enough for making my day as beautiful as it was!

I ordered from out of state to have a bouquet delivered to a friend that lives within their delivery zone. The bouquet was delivered within the requested timeframe and was absolutely beautiful!

As the Director of Sales of a wedding venue, I don't even know where to start! All I'm going to say is WOW! Timing, spot on. Communication, AMAZING! Friendliness, courtesy, respectfulness and humor was off the charts!
