I paid them to winterize and store my boat for the winter. When the boat was taken out of storage I had torn up seats due to mice. I bring this to their attention and get a smartass response from the owner that “we have had raccoons get in the boats.” They were supposed to get back to me but never have except with another bill for putting the boat back in the water.
