I would Recommend Bud’s Marina to anyone ! They were amazing from Customer services to other employees there !!! Kevin was great and Ralph a sweetheart. From gettin treated AWFUL at Spend a Day HUGE THANK TO BUD’s . U sure got our service !!!!
Bud’s Marine is the best place to find a pontoon boat. Their customer service is 5 star. Nick was great as a salesman and Anthony was awesome explaining our boat features on the test drive. Our family has been Bud’s customers in the past, which is why I went there for my personal boat. I’ll for sure be back and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! All of the staff go above and beyond for a positive experience.
Had an issue with our tri-toon today...called Buds and they asked if it was on a trailer or on the water...we had it on a trailer so they told us to bring it over. With it being a Holiday weekend we were surprised. Once we got there Bud himself came out to take a look at it...sent one of the boys over and within 20 minutes they had installed a new ignition switch!! What great service! We highly recommend Buds Marine for boat sales and service!! Thank you!!
I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to All of the employees of Bud’s marine for treating us with top notch customer service during our first boat purchase! From Sales with Kevin, to the guys in the office with paperwork, to Ralph (our demo guy), and follow up with immediate service on a very small and common issue! I am certain you won’t get that service anywhere else at the lake! I highly recommend you seeking out the guys at Buds for all of your boat purchasing needs!
