Bud's Heating & Cooling is a great HVAC company. When my 20 yr old furnace died in freezing temperatures and I needed quick service, Bud's sent a technician out the very next day and I had a new furnace installed in 2 days time. Their prices are fair and they make the whole process easy and without sales pressure. The install team, led by Sean, was great and thorough, and worked hard to get my new furnace up and running smoothly. All in all, a good experience. I would highly recommend them.
Greg was amazing today! Very professional and very well knowledgeable! He took his time before and after the repairs to let me know what he was going to do and I had options for my fixes. He made the repairs fast and made it all look very nice. I’m a customer for life if you guys keep workers like Greg there!
Our 20 year old furnace was having issues getting our temperature over 60 degrees - which feels pretty darn cold when it's 0 outside. My husband normally fixes our furnace, but he's scheduled for a knee replacement in 2 days, so we thought we'd call in the professionals. He was extremely thorough and meticulous, taking his time to diagnose the issue properly and making sure everything was running perfectly before he left. He explained what he was doing along the way and never rushed the job, which gave us a lot of confidence in the repair. It’s clear he truly cares about doing things the right way.
