Shysters! I was taken advantage of, too. My issue happened on July 4th and Bud's was open. They came out and pulled the oldest trick in the book on me. In my house, the technician was talking to the office and appeared to be arguing about price. He said that he wanted to get the best price for me. Eventually, it appeared as though he won and got me the best price. I didn't buy that tactic for a moment but I did have to pay the price because it was July 4th. So these guys are out for blood my mother call me to chat and in the conversation told me they were getting a new furnace. WHAT!! I said you just got a new furnace less that 10 years ago why do you need a new furnace? Buds heating and cooling sold my parents a York furnace and air conditioner less than 10 years ago. Something appears phoney about the positive reviews for Buds. Scroll down and see that 3 "5 stars" were entered on 3/21/13. Scroll down more and see that 4 or 5 "4 to 5 stars" were enter on 3/21/12, all on the same day by an "google user". Seems like "someone" needed to balance out all the negative reviews. You decide.
Bud was very rude, and was here maybe 10 minutes to tell me my furnace was broken, which I already knew ( that is why I called him). He couldn't fix it and referred me to another company. Oh, I paid the full service call for that. WISH I had read these reviews first.
