It’s Easter weekend, and I’m hosting a family gathering. Unfortunately, my furnace is blowing cold air, so I called Bud’s Heating and Cooling. Bud promptly arranged for Greg to come out the same day. Our 20 year old furnace was having issues getting our temperature over 60 degrees - which feels pretty darn cold when it's 0 outside. My husband normally fixes our furnace, but he's scheduled for a knee replacement in 2 days, so we thought we'd call in the professionals. He was extremely thorough and meticulous, taking his time to diagnose the issue properly and making sure everything was running perfectly before he left. He explained what he was doing along the way and never rushed the job, which gave us a lot of confidence in the repair. It’s clear he truly cares about doing things the right way. Early Super Bowl Sunday morning, with temps below zero, my furnace wasn’t working. I called Bud’s and left a message. Andy called me back within 10 minutes. He came out within an hour and fixed my issue quickly. Very professional and very nice. So thankful and grateful for Buds Heating and Cooling.
