Our technician Greg was excellent! AC was not keeping up with the heat wave. Called Bud’s and they came out the same day. Greg did an excellent job of documenting the problem areas, thoroughly explaining how he would fix them, and how much it would cost. Gave great advice on furnace filters and how to install properly. It’s Easter weekend, and I’m hosting a family gathering. Unfortunately, my furnace is blowing cold air, so I called Bud’s Heating and Cooling. Bud promptly arranged for Greg to come out the same day. Early Super Bowl Sunday morning, with temps below zero, my furnace wasn’t working. I called Bud’s and left a message. Andy called me back within 10 minutes. He came out within an hour and fixed my issue quickly. Very professional and very nice. So thankful and grateful for Buds Heating and Cooling.
