Awesome selection, great indoor range - hard to beat their prices!
Was there today and could not even get the employes to help me in any way. Stood at counter and was ignored will they talked with each other

You are developing a very bad reputation and its going viral on all the gun sites , you need to right your wrongs , this will most definalely hurt your business even if you fix things , you will have a lot of people watching to see how you handle a sticky situation tomm. Sun the 8th , even if you fix it bad business practices will still follow you , you have lost my visits and i will spread the word , shame on you ...
Stumbled across the East TN store and couldn't be happier that I did. Buds TN has by far the best customer service of any brick and mortar store around. Mark and Trinity are top notch. This will be my 'gun shop' from now on!

It's a great store. But some of your employees are very disrespectful and have zero knowledge about what's going on in your store.
Attended the handgun permit class today. Trinity did a great job as the instructor. I highly recommend the class.
