I want to say THANK YOU to Mark & Ted for everything you guys did to help me today!!!! I just purchased a rifle from the Buds Gun Shop online store and had it sent to the new Sevierville store. Unfortunately there was a screw up on my order, but the guys at the Sevierville Buds went above and beyond to make my order right as they could when the online store in Kentucky (which was horrible to deal with!!!) refused too!!!! Once again thanks to the guys at the Sevierville Buds Gun Shop for your excellent customer service!!!!!!
I have purchased probably 20 guns this year and up to now none of the shops I purchased from can even come close to the professionalism, knowledge, selection and treating customers right than Buds Gun Shop. I purchased my 1st gun from Buds today and I can honestly say they have set the bar for others to try to reach. I will purchase all my guns going forward from Buds and I will take full advantage of the range facilities as well. Rick Brown
