yes and no... the older gentlemen helping with finding a gun which suited me and my needs was very knowledgeable and helped me greatly. I will be purchasing the gun he showed me and recommended. . Since the purpose of a gun shop is to sell guns and help with customers I can say I recommend. The young male who worked in the shooting lane area.. quite rude!!! If he were my only contact there , I would give them no star rating ,believe me!
