These people are beyond rude. I stopped there on my way to pigeon forge couple years ago coming in from ohio. It was to early to check into our cabin and I was going to shoot some and probably buy a new Weatherby riffle. After being in the car for over 5 hours my son whined a little bit when we walked in. Ordered a new Browning for my wife on line. Transaction went flawlessly. Spoke to Customer service a couple of times to follow up on order. Very polite and helpful. Was shipped to my FFL and now in my Calif. 10 day waiting period. I am some what confused by the bad reviews. It seems like they are mostly in store issues. Any way, I would order from them again.
