Hassle free, Fast and Courteous
This was the most hassle-free car purchase that I have ever experienced. I had called first to make sure that the car was still available and when I arrived they had the car parked out front and ready for a test drive. My trade-in price was agreed upon and we had the paperwork completed in just about an hour. The whole staff was great the day of my sale...Tom was friendly & efficient Great service before, during and after the sale. I am a very happy customer. Thanks, guys!
Walked in with NO appointment, was greeted by Ralph Jones, Told him the vehicle I was interested and he went out to bring it down for us. He worked well with all of our questions and money down questions. We also worked with Eric Smith and he was very nice to deal with on the final paperwork and extended warranty options I was interested in. I WILL recommend Bud's Auto Sales.
Excellent customer service and friendly environment. Purchasing our vehicle felt great and they never pressured us into buying from them. It was a laid back and positive experience.
