Bruce was great to work with, and a very knowledgeable resource for a new spa owner. He gave me lots of tips on getting it set up and water care, and good advice for moving and placing it, since I opted to do that myself. I ended up purchasing a QCA Spa that was both larger, and had more features, than other brands I looked at in the same price range. They seem like nice people however they sold me over 50$ worth of chemicals that was supposed to “remove” iron from pool water. She assured us that it would work. It did not. I questioned it a second time bc the bottle said it only removed rust stains. I did a google search as well and it makes zero claims that it removes rust from pool water. I should have trusted my instincts but thought it would be okay to trust the professionals. I think it’s cheaper to purchase chemicals online and do your research before wasting money.
Just got my hottub delivered today.Excellent selection and pricing on new hot tubs.Service was top notch.Bruce was great in all aspects of the the sale too delivery.If you need a tub go see Bruce.

We did not buy our hot tub there but went there because we started having trouble with our new one he is very knowledgeable and treated me as though I did buy one from him would highly recommend buying from him local
